The Current are one one just two undefeated teams in the NWSL after nine games, joining the Orlando Pride. Kansas City has scored 22 goals, more than any other team. Raul Ruidiaz scored the go-ahead goal early in the second half and the Seattle Sounders snapped Portland's six-game undefeated streak in their rivalry series with a 2-1 Cascadia Cup victory over the Timbers on Sunday. Cristian Roldan scored a first-half goal and the Sounders secured just their third win in the regular season's first 12 matches. Felipe Mora scored for the Timbers, who have not won a match since a 2-1 victory over NYCFC on March 9. Since then, they've lost six and had three draws and they've tumbled to last place in the Western Conference standings.

Kylian Mbappé got a mixed reception from Paris Saint-Germain fans in his last home game for the club before scoring in a 3-1 home defeat against Toulouse in the French league. There were loud jeers from sections of the crowd when Mbappé's name was read out at Parc des Princes but shortly after the ultra supporters behind one of the goals unfurled a banner in his honor and a giant tifo in his image. Mbappé publicly confirmed Friday that he is leaving having already informed the club in mid-February. He is widely expected to join Real Madrid. Elsewhere Monaco clinched second place with a 2-0 win at Montpellier.

Charles De Ketelaere has netted twice to help Atalanta boost its chances of returning to the Champions League with a 2-1 win over direct rival Roma. De Ketelaere scored the two goals within as many minutes in the first half but Lorenzo Pellegrini set up a tense final quarter of the match by scoring from the spot. Fifth-place Atalanta moved three points above Roma and has also played a match less. The top five in Serie A qualify for next season's Champions League and there are two rounds remaining. The result also meant Juventus secured a spot in next season's Champions League despite surprisingly being held to a 1-1 draw by Salernitana earlier in the day. It also confirmed Bologna's first appearance in the Champions League.

Atletico Madrid has moved closer to securing the fourth and final Champions League spot with a 1-0 win over Celta Vigo in the Spanish league. Rodrigo De Paul scored an 84th-minute winner for Atletico as it opened an eight-point gap to fifth-place Athletic Bilbao with three rounds remaining. Athletic was held at home to a 2-2 draw with Osasuna on Saturday. It was the third win in a row for Atletico. It is three points behind third-place Barcelona. The Catalan club hosts seventh-place Real Sociedad on Monday.

Bayer Leverkusen has erased memories of its last defeat almost a year ago by beating Bochum 5-0 away in the Bundesliga to stretch its unbeaten start to the season to 50 games across all competitions. Sunday's win atoned for Leverkusen's 3-0 loss to Bochum at the same ground on the final day last season. Xabi Alonso's team has not lost any game since. Lovro Zvonarek scored minutes into his first Bundesliga start to help injury-hit Bayern Munich beat Wolfsburg 2-0 in Thomas Tuchel's last home game in charge. Tuchel agreed in February to leave Bayern at the end of the season.

Manchester United has won its first major trophy by routing Tottenham 4-0 in the Women's FA Cup final at Wembley. Ella Toone's stunning long-range strike in first-half stoppage time set up victory for Marc Skinner's team. United cruised to victory after the break through two goals from Lucia Garcia and another from Rachel Williams. United quickly made up for defeat to Chelsea in last year's final by lifting the trophy 12 months on. Toone's wonder goal broke Tottenham's resistance when she curled the ball into the top corner from around 20 yards (meters) in the third minute of time added on in the first half.

The Premier League title race will go to the last day of the season after Arsenal returned to the top of the standings with a 1-0 win at Manchester United. Leandro Trossard struck in the 20th minute at Old Trafford to ensure Arsenal will take defending champion Manchester City to the final round of games next Sunday. Anything other than a win against United for Mikel Arteta's team could have seen City clinch the title with victory at Tottenham on Tuesday. Arsenal duly delivered and moved one point ahead of its title rival in second place. Defeat for United was a latest blow for under pressure manager Erik ten Hag.

Real Madrid has celebrated its Spanish league title with fans. The squad has met with government officials and paraded through the streets of the capital. Madrid clinched its 36th league title last weekend but couldn't celebrate the triumph right away because it still had to play the second leg of the semifinals of the Champions League. Madrid rallied with two late goals by striker Joselu to defeat Bayern Munich 2-1 on Wednesday at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. It advanced 3-2 on aggregate to the final against Borussia Dortmund on June 1 in London.

Norwich and Leeds drew 0-0 in the first-leg of their Championship play-off semifinal. There was nothing to separate West Bromwich Albion and Southampton in the other semifinal after another goalless draw. Leeds host Norwich in the second leg on Thursday and Southampton is at home against West Brom the following day. All four teams will hope they can produce more creativity and cutting edge in the second legs to secure a place in the final at Wembley on May 26.

Berry's first goal of the season for the Galaxy (5-2-5) was unassisted and came in the fourth minute of stoppage time. Arango scored twice in the first half to propel Western Conference-leading Real Salt Lake (5-2-4) to a 2-0 lead. The Galaxy pulled within 2-1 early in the second half when rookie Gabriel Pec used assists from Riqui Puig and rookie Joseph Paintsil in the 54th minute to score for a third time this season.

Cristian Olivera scored two goals, the 22-year-old's first multi-goal game in MLS, Denis Bouanga added three assists and Los Angeles FC beat the Vancouver Whitecaps 3-0. Bouanga, on the left side, ran onto a ball played by Eduard Atuesta and drilled a line-drive cross to Olivera for a one-touch finish to give LAFC a 1-0 lead in the 18th minute. Petar Musa scored in the first half and picked up an assist on a second-half goal by Jesús Ferreira to lead FC Dallas to a 2-1 victory over Austin FC. Dallas (3-6-2) jumped on top early, using an unassisted goal by Musa to take a 1-0 lead in the 4th minute. It was the fourth netter of the season for Musa. Ferreira used assists from Musa and rookie midfielder Patrickson Delgado to score his second goal in his fourth start and seventh appearance this season. It was the first career assist for the 20-year-old Delgado. Austin (4-4-4) did not get on the scoreboard until Sebastián Driussi found the net unassisted in the 84th minute.
