LEVAN, Juab County — A teenager was killed in an agricultural accident in central Utah on Tuesday, but the Juab County Sheriff's Office has declined to release any information about the death.
In a brief statement, the sheriff's office said an "agricultural accident" occurred about 9:25 a.m. near Levan and "a juvenile" died. But the sheriff's office said it would release no other information about the incident.
Juab County sheriff's deputies, Nephi police officers, Utah Highway Patrol troopers, Levan firefighters, Utah State Parks employees and Juab County emergency medical services all responded to the incident.
