SALT LAKE CITY — Police are looking for a woman who they believe was involved in a bank robbery Wednesday night.

Audrie Turner-Steele, 31, is believed to be the woman who robbed the Wells Fargo Bank at 1255 E. Brickyard Rd. According to police, she entered the bank wearing a dark hooded jacket, jeans, aviator sunglasses and a beanie. She demanded money from the teller, who complied, before she fled the area on foot.

Police say Turner-Steele should be considered armed and dangerous and are asking for citizens to keep an eye out for her.

She is described as a white female with red hair, approximately 30 years old, 180 pounds and 5 feet 6 inches tall. She may be driving a blue Honda Civic, police said.

Anyone with information about Turner-Steele's location is asked to call 801-799-3000 or send an anonymous tip by text to 274637, starting the message with TIPSLCPD in reference to case number 15-192770.
