SUMMERTIME — So you find yourself in the doldrums of summer.
The first glimmer of summer excitement is gone, the kids are bored and getting on your nerves and the panicked feeling of cramming in as many activities as possible before schools starts hasn't quite set in.
Epic Student Life, a religious youth group, may have solved all our summer blues problems with "Kiddie Pool Kickball." Here's what you need:
- A large, grassy area
- A kickball
- Enough slip and slides to make baselines
- Four kiddie pools for bases
- Enough water to keep the slides slipping
If you're unsure of where to go from there, the group posted a video of their epic game, and it's nothing short of mayhem. Super fun mayhem, but mayhem nonetheless.
I will fully admit that as a worst-case-scenario type of gal — especially when anything sporty comes along — I kept waiting for someone to get some teeth knocked out in this video. Happily, it appears that no one is injured, they're all just having a rip-roaring good time.
