BANSKO, Bulgaria (AP) — The women's World Cup super-G has been canceled because of fog.

Friday's decision was announced after the start time had been delayed several times. The race had been added to the schedule in Bulgaria because of bad weather last month in Bad Kleinkirchheim, Austria.

Overall leader Tina Maze will be looking to put last week's disappointing performance behind her when the tournament resumes Saturday. The 31-year-old Maze lost ground to defending champion Anna Fenninger in front of a home crowd in Slovenia.

A super-G is scheduled in Bansko on Saturday, followed by a combined race on Sunday.
