Blazers sign G Tim Frazier for the rest of the season

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — The Portland Trail Blazers have signed guard Tim Frazier from the NBA Development League's Maine Red Claws for the rest of the season.

Frazier, who played at Penn State, recently finished a pair of 10-day contracts with Philadelphia, where he averaged 5.7 points, 3.2 rebounds, 7.2 assists in six games.

With the Red Claws, Frazier averaged 16.1 points, 7.1 rebounds and 9.5 assists in 41 games this season. He's had four triple-doubles.

Terms of the contract were not released.
