Captriotti's has a tradition of slow roasting turkey to put on their delicious sandwiches.
Capriotti's has upheld its 39 year-old tradition of slow-roasting whole turkeys in-house each night and hand-pulling the meat off the bones the next morning for all turkey sandwiches. Additionally, they also makes meatballs in-house for the delicious meatball subs
The Bobbie, Capriotti's original creation and most popular sub, is made with in-house roasted turkey, homemade stuffing, cranberry sauce and a hint of mayo on a freshly baked roll. Other popular options are the Capastrami which is made with hot pastrami, swiss cheese, Russian dressing and cole slaw. Then The Italian is made with genoa salami, Capicola ham and prosciuttini.
