(KSL News) -- The death of a 7-year old Tooele boy has been ruled an accident.
The boy was run over by a car in a church parking lot yesterday afternoon.
According to witnesses the boy was running through sprinklers when he got cold. He laid down in on the asphalt in the parking lot -- and was hit by a driver who did not see him.
After a thorough investigation, police decided not to issue any citations in the case.
