WENDOVER -- Wendover is seeing a bit of its past come to life again this weekend.
A B-17 landed at the airport Friday and will be there until Sunday night so people can go through the plane to see it firsthand.
B-17's were stationed in Wendover during World War II, and crews used the desert to practice bombing runs.
The old Flying Fortress won't just be parked on the tarmac, though. You can buy a ticket and take a ride.
The Wendover airport has more information. You can contact airport officials by calling 435-665-2308.
