(KSL News) Halloween is just one day away, so this morning's High Five is going to an Orem couple that makes this holiday special for all of their neighbors.
Kristy Hardman/ Nominated friends: "I just nominated you because you're so kind to everyone all the time, and the effort you put into making donuts and hot cider, letting everybody come in and have donuts and warm up on Halloween."
Ted and Myrna Varga: "Thank you, thank you."
Coco Warner: "We maybe kind of caught you off guard a little bit. What's your reaction? What are you thinking?"
Ted and Myrna Varga: "Well, this is a very nice thing for them to do for us. Gee whiz."
Coco Warner: "And I'm supposing you didn't get started early? No donuts and cider right now?"
Ted and Myrna Varga: "Not till tomorrow. Come tomorrow."
The Vargas make a thousand donuts and they're typically all gone by the end of the night. Their son says they've been doing this for 35 years.
