OGDEN — Organizers of the annual Ogden Twilight summer concert series announced the bulk of the headliners for this year's installation, with a few familiar names and at least one new one.

"We hope you like the lineup! There are so many bucket-list bookings for us on the roster this year!!" organizers said in a Facebook post on Tuesday.

Names of a few of the performers had already been released, but organizers announced the bulk of them on Tuesday, with the Sept. 25 headliner yet to be revealed. "I guess having one more surprise on the horizon isn't the worst thing," the Facebook message says.

Performances will be at the Ogden Amphitheater, 343 E. 25th Street in Ogden. Here are the scheduled acts, including some of the opening performers and the planned dates of their shows:

  • Khruangbin and John Carroll Kirby, June 1.
  • Disclosure and 1tbsp, June 12.
  • Kaskade, June 20.
  • Modest Mouse, June 28.
  • Band of Horses, July 30.
  • Jamie xx, Aug. 7.
  • The Head and the Heart and Wilderado, Aug. 13.
  • Wilco, Aug. 20.
  • The Flaming Lips, Sept. 17.
  • To be announced, Sept. 25.

Modest Mouse, Kaskade and Flaming Lips have previously performed at the Ogden venue. The Head and Heart, which organizers had attempted to book for the 2020 season that was interrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic, will be at Ogden Twilight for the first time. "We had them booked for our 2020 season, but we all remember what happened that year," organizers said.

Tickets for Ogden Twilight shows, available at 24tix.com, typically go fast. Season tickets are on sale, though, some shows aren't available until Thursday.
