Basketball fans are on the edge of their seats waiting for the college tournaments to begin. According to the NCAA, Selection Sunday is March 17, so there's still time to enjoy your favorite teams as they play at home and away.
Based on the teams' wins and losses so far this year, a couple of Utah basketball teams are in a good position to advance into the playoffs. KSL Sports writer Mitch Harper says, "BYU remains in all of the notable bracketology forecasts for the 2024 NCAA Tournament with a single-digit seed."
NCAA correspondent Andy Katz had both BYU and Utah State projected as sixth seeds in his Feb. 20 column.
Simply put, multiple Utah teams have a good shot.
