SALT LAKE CITY — Brody Kozlowski has made his college decision.
The top public school prospect in Utah and No. 2 overall recruit in the state (No. 106 nationally) by 247Sports committed to the Trojans over BYU, Cal, San Diego State and UCLA, among others, he revealed Tuesday afternoon.
"I chose USC because it felt like the right fit for me and my game," the 6-foot-7, 220-pound senior told On3. "I'm excited to play for (Andy) Enfield. All the coaches had a clear plan to help me reach my potential and are invested in helping me reach my long-term goals. The weather is nice and hard to beat and it just felt right overall."
Kozlowski, a four-star post player, averaged 17.7 points, 11.9 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 1.3 steals and 1.4 blocks per game a year ago for Corner Canyon, leading the Chargers to a 25-3 record, a perfect 10-0 mark in the former Region 4, and a 66-51 win over American Fork in the 6A state championship game.
The son of former BYU women's basketball standout Kristen Kozlowski is the third commitment to USC's 2024 recruiting class, joining four-star point guard Trent Perry from Harvard-Westlake in Los Angeles and three-star shooting guard Liam Campbell from Owyhee in Meridian, Idaho.
