With so many blockbuster movies and popular streaming shows in the last year, Halloween costumes will be all the rage this year. According to the National Retail Federation, spending on adult Halloween costumes is projected to hit $2 billion. That number is even higher than projected spend on children's costumes, which is about $1.4 billion.
