OGDEN — An Ogden man was shot and killed early Tuesday in what police are calling a homicide.

About 3 a.m., officers responded to reports of shots fired at 2900 S. Childs Ave and located a man who had suffered gunshot wounds, said Ogden Police Lt. John Cox.

Attempts to revive Robert Bien, 34, were unsuccessful and he was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the lieutenant.

Detectives are asking any witnesses, or anyone who might have photos or surveillance camera footage from the area at the time of the shooting, to call them at 801-629-8228.

Additional information has not been released.
