Awardco has partnered with the Utah Jazz in a multi-year agreement to be the official rewards and recognition partner of the Utah Jazz. This agreement includes rewarding season ticket holders with exclusive rewards, experiences, and incentives with the plan to extend them to all Jazz fans in the future.
"We're expanding our ability to provide rewarding recognition to more than just employees," said Awardco CEO Steve Sonnenberg. "We're rewarding and engaging fans, customers, participants, and more. We see this as the next step in our mission to recognize the good in everyone, and to provide them truly valuable reward options."
Utah Jazz owner Ryan Smith agrees with Sonnenberg. "This unique and innovative collaboration uses technology to enhance the game experience while allowing us to show loyal Jazz fans our appreciation," Smith stated.
The Utah Jazz and Awardco are thrilled to partner together to show their loyalty to the Utah team and its fans. The new agreement will help the Jazz further recognize the great work done by those within their organization and within the local community—something that the Jazz and Awardco are both passionate about.
Awardco is also excited to roll out their Recognize the Good initiative at Jazz games, which will honor five Utah Jazz fans in the community who are spreading goodness wherever they live. The five recipients will be given the opportunity to have Jazz pregame experience and a Goodness Grant monetary prize sponsored by Awardco.
Awardco's Goodness Grants
Awardco created the Goodness Grants campaign to reward individuals for the good they're putting back into their communities. Each month, Awardco gives away $1,000 to someone who's been giving back and making the world a better place. That's it. No strings attached. It's just their way of saying "thank you" to those who are doing something positive in the world.
Goodness Grants reflect Awardco's core company values, which include recognizing the good in the world and recognizing people who do great things. It doesn't matter if it's at work, at home, or on the go—goodness deserves to be seen.
One winner, Brittany Atkinson, was awarded a Goodness Grant for her work helping the state's homeless by preparing thousands of sack lunches through St. Vincent's soup kitchen.
Another winner—Kasey Walkenhurst—was awarded the grant for organizing a game for all of the students with disabilities in Davis County. As head coach of Farmington High's boys basketball team, he already has a lot on his plate, but he makes sure to include everyone in the sport.
If you know someone who is deserving of a Goodness Grant, you can nominate them on Awardco's website.
Awardco's mission to recognize the good continues to grow at a fast rate. The company has not only doubled in revenue since the beginning, but it has also been awarded the UV50 triple crown, a prestigious multi-year award given out by Utah Valley Business Q. Awardco has also been recognized by Inc. 5000 as one of the fastest-growing HR and employment recognition companies in the country for three straight years, something that less than 10% of companies in the U.S. can claim. Awardco also just moved into their brand new headquarters in Lindon, showcasing even greater growth.
