MILLCREEK — Unified police have released photos of a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run last Friday that killed a Millcreek woman.
The vehicle has been identified as a newer white Toyota Rav4. The car likely has damage to its front headlight or marker light, police said.
Barbara Anne Dwyer, 66, of Millcreek, died after she was hit by a vehicle while crossing in the crosswalk at Highland Drive and Luck Lane (3440 South) about 7 a.m. Friday, Unified police said. Dwyer was initially hospitalized with critical injuries, but later died from her injuries, police said. Police initially said she was 64, but later clarified that she was 66.
Police say two vehicles drove through the intersection "seconds after she was hit," and investigators believe people in those vehicles witnessed the crash. Anyone who saw the crash or recognizes the vehicle is asked to contact Unified police at 801-840-4000 and reference case 21-134792.
