SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- A Salt Lake City high school student is recovering this morning after being stabbed in his art class.
It happened last week at Highland High School.
School officials say a 17-year-old junior was taken to the hospital after being stabbed in the arm with a pair of scissors.
Police say the victim and a 14-year-old freshman got into some type of argument over an art project. Officers say the boys then got into a physical altercation and the 17-year-old was stabbed.
Detectives say the 14-year-old was arrested for investigation of aggravated assault.
