(KSL News) A Utah man accused of killing his mother goes to court today for a competency review.
Jeremy Hauck is accused of shooting and stabbing his mother to death in her Bountiful condo in Aug. of 2006 then stuffing her body in a freezer.
Hauck has previously been found mentally incompetent to stand trial for first degree murder, and the state mental hospital asked for more time to evaluate him.
Today a judge will review the new evaluations.
