(KSL News) U.S. attorneys want to stop a Utah lawyer from interviewing Oklahoma City bombing conspirator Terry Nichols.
Utah lawyer Jesse Trentadue says he wants to learn more about the federal investigation behind the 1995 bombings.
Trentadue believes his brother, who died in an Oklahoma City prison shortly after, was mistaken for an associate of Timothy McVeigh and was killed during an interrogation.
U.S. attorneys are appealing a judge's decision to grant the interview.
