NAMPA, Idaho (AP) — An Idaho man has pleaded guilty to misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter in connection to a crash last year off an overpass that killed another driver.
KTVB-TV reports Tyler Callahan was heading west on an overpass in Nampa when he lost control of his car, launching it over the side of the overpass. The car landed on top of a pickup truck driving below.
The truck's driver, 64-year-old John Pew, was killed. Callahan and two young passengers in his car were hospitalized.
The misdemeanor charge was filed against Callahan in March, one year after the deadly wreck.
