SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — Police have identified two persons of interest in connection to the shooting death of a 16-year-old boy who had been throwing eggs at passing vehicles in Salt Lake City.
KSL-TV reports (http://bit.ly/2bVGvqY ) that Paris Gustin had been riding around in a Honda with two other vehicles throwing eggs at other vehicles on July 5 when someone in a white Nissan Sentra fired several shots at them. Gustin was hit and killed.
On Tuesday, Salt Lake police announced that a combination of tips from the public and the ongoing investigation led them to name the two persons of interest.
