Coldwell Banker Premier Realty, Mansell and Associates, and Wardley GMAC Real Estate have merged to form a new Company called Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

SunCrest, a planned community south of Draper, announced a partnership with AT&T Broadband to pre-wire all of SunCrest’s homes to offer bundled broadband services that include digital cable television and high-speed Internet.

Deer Valley Resort’s cuisine is featured in a new cookbook entitled Cool Mountain Cookbook. The cookbook features recipes from various western resorts and won “Best Cookbook” from the Arizona Book Publishing Association.

Here’s an Olympic business fact: According to The Salt Lake Organizing Committee, the second-highest number of ticket orders for the 2002 Winter Games came from the Bay Area in California. Some analysts, such as Ben Whisenant of Digital iQ, suggest that this shows Silicon Valley interest in Utah and the Winter Olympics. This would be good news for those hoping to showcase Utah as a high tech center.

Office Depot is the new sponsor of the Chamber’s popular Gold Medal Seminar Series. The Gold Medal Seminars help Utah businesses learn how to profit from the Olympics.
