SOUTH JORDAN — Pista dance group warms up during a grand celebration at the India Cultural Center in South Jordan on Saturday.
The center, a nonprofit wholly owned subsidiary of the Sri Ganesha Hindu Temple, celebrated its fifth anniversary with cultural programs, music and dance. The center aims to promote the heritage, arts, crafts, sports and culture of India.
In addition to providing the community with a place for social gatherings and functions, the multi-use facility is expected to be a premier performance space in the south Wasatch Front area.
