(KSL News) A Lehi man accused of gunning down his wife in a church parking lot is looking for a new attorney.
The Deseret News reports David Ragsdale has asked his attorney, Greg Skordas, to step down. Ragsdale reportedly wrote Skordas a letter stating he wants to go in a different direction with his defense.
Ragsdale is charged with aggravated murder for allegedly shooting and killing his wife, Kristy Ragsdale, in January. Prosecutors have until August to decide whether they'll pursue the death penalty.
