STEAD, Nev. (AP) — Reno police are investigating the death of a man in Stead who was reportedly involved in a fight with another man before he died.
KOLO-TV reports (http://bit.ly/1VRbmST ) police had responded to a residence following reports of a fight Thursday night.
Police say an initial investigation indicates that there was a physical altercation that led to two men being stabbed.
Both men were transported to Saint Mary's Hospital where one died of his injuries. The other remains in critical condition.
It is still unknown how the two men knew one another and what caused the fight.
The identity of the deceased is pending notification of the man's family.
