WASATCH COUNTY — Two people were airlifted in serious condition Friday after colliding with two other vehicles on state Route 32, police said.
The accident occurred just before noon near Jordanelle Reservoir, according to Utah Highway Patrol. A Chevy van crossed the centerline on the highway and hit the side of a commercial vehicle, UHP said. The van then hit another commercial vehicle.
The driver and passenger in the van were seriously injured and were airlifted by medical helicopter to an area hospital. The two drivers of the commercial vehicles went to the hospital with minor injuries.
