RENO, Nev. (AP) — Reno police say a man who was hit and then pinned under a bus has died at the hospital.
Officers say the man was a passenger on the Regional Transportation Commission bus Friday afternoon. After he stopped off the bus, it moved forward and he became pinned underneath.
Reno firefighters freed the man and took him to a nearby hospital. His name has not yet been released.
A public information officer for RTC called the situation a very tragic accident.
