(KSL News) -- In Bountiful, a car hit a moose that had been wandering through the city most of the morning.
The driver wasn't injured
The moose broke its jaw and an antler, but got up and kept walking.
Authorities caught up with moose when it stopped to rest in a nearby backyard.
Officials say the animal could not survive in the wild with its injuries and it will be euthanized.
