SALT LAKE CITY — Police have identified a person of interest in connection with a homicide and are asking for the public’s help in locating him.
Salt Lake City police named Palu William Lose, 36, as a person of interest in the homicide that occurred in the Glendale area on Sept. 18. A man discovered the body of Gustavo Jarquin, 18, of Salt Lake City lying face down in the grass near the corner of Indiana and Pueblo Street. Jarquin died from "an apparent gunshot wound," police said.
Police said Lose is known to frequent the Glendale and Taylorsville areas. He is described as a Pacific Islander around 6-feet tall and 205 pounds. He is bald with brown eyes and may have facial hair.
