US lifestyle queen MARTHA STEWART is facing another legal spat after being named in a civil lawsuit for insider training.
The TV personality, who was convicted in a 2004 criminal trial for illegal stock trading and lying about her actions, spent five months in jail and now faces civil insider trading charges from the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
The charges were filed the same day she was indicted.
Stewart has denied the charges against her and insists she will fight them. (KL/WNV/GES)
