(KSL News) Free health screenings will be offered in Salt Lake tomorrow.
It's the fifth annual Community Health and Service fair.
It's at the Calvary Baptist Church on 1090 South State Street. It runs from 10 am to 2 pm.
The heath fair offers a number of screenings, including diabetes, blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, HIV, glaucoma, bone density and others, with follow-up assistance provided through neighborhood clinics.
And volunteers will be on hand to help enroll uninsured adults and children for low cost or free health coverage to those who are eligible.
The event focuses on issues of health disparities and the impact on Utah's culturally diverse populations. The public is invited.
