(KSL News) A proposed budget for Utah County has run into some problems because some departments over-budgeted.
The Utah County Commission must shave nearly $11 million from the proposed 2008 budget before it can be voted on.
Of the three departments that came in over budget, the county sheriff's office tops the list with greater than an 11 percent increase from last year.
