(KSL News) -- A lawsuit over the LDS Church's management of federal land in Wyoming may soon come to an end.
Attorneys for both sides say they're working on a settlement that could keep the lawsuit from going to trial.
Last year, four Wyoming residents sued the federal government. They claim the Bureau of Land Management made a mistake when it gave The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints a 25-year lease to manage the Martin's Cove site.
The lawsuit claims visitors were subjected to religious overtures from Mormon tour guides. The BLM and the church deny those claims.
