LOGAN, Utah (AP) - Preston Medlin scored a career-high 32 points Friday night as Utah State turned a 15-point first-half deficit into a 67-50 victory over Idaho.
Medlin hit six 3-pointers and went 11 of 13 from the field, hitting double figures for the 24th time this season.
Brockeith Pane had 12 points and seven assists for the Aggies (15-14, 6-6 Western Athletic), who split the season series. Danny Berger, Morgan Grim and Medlin grabbed eight rebounds apiece.

Deremy Geiger's 13 points led the Vandals (16-12, 7-5), whose five-game winning streak ended.
Geiger's jumper put Idaho ahead 29-14 with 4:19 left in the first half, but after that it was all Aggies. They scored the next 14 points, closing within 29-28 on Grim's basket with 18:25 left.
After a tie at 34, Utah State ran off eight in a row for a 42-34 lead with 12:31 to go. The lead peaked at 18 points.
