(KSL News) Chadder's restaurant and In-N-Out Burger were supposed to face off in court today, but word is a settlement is in the works. That's according to lawyers who represent In-N-Out Burger.
The California burger chain sued the American Fork restaurant, arguing that Chadder's copied the chain's menu, building style, color scheme and food.
There's a temporary restraining order against Chadder's to change the way the restaurant does business. The burger joint has already changed its color scheme.
Another hearing on the issue is scheduled for the end of this month.
