An as yet unpublished book - Alphabet of Manliness by Maddox - has taken the top slot on Amazon's bestseller list after the writer sent an e-mail out to fans.
The book, which is to be published by Kensington's Citadel imprint, is scheduled for release in June.
According to Publishers Weekly, Maddox sent an e-mail plugging the book to his fans on 28 March. The book took Amazon's number one slot that same evening but has since dropped to number four.
Fans who have preordered the book have not yet been told what the book will be about.
