It's garbage. Absolute garbage and a waste of your money even if it's marked down to a buck. First of all, you have to wade through pages and pages of angry bashing of the FDA, AMA and lots of other government agencies before you get to any ideas about weight loss, then you get bogged down in the wholesale trashing of every restaurant, food company and drug company in the country, even the claim that some food or drug company had the doctor who came up with this cure murdered - before you get to the cure.
And what is the cure? It's injecting yourself with urine from pregnant women. I'm not making this stuff up. The "cure" has 4 steps. The first step has 60 - yes - 60 sub-steps, including all the obvious ones like drink more water and get more sleep, and the not so obvious ones of having regular colonics. Then step two is injecting yourself with a substance made of pregnant women urine called hCG, which is illegal in this country - you can't buy it and a doctor can't prescribe it. Steps 3 and 4 are more of step 1.
I don't know if the people whose initials, but not names, are given as testimonials in the book are real or not. They may be, and if they've lost weight going to Germany to get a prescription for pregnant women urine, God bless them. But I think you'd have an easier time losing weight by doing almost anything else, like walking (which the book does recommend).
