(KSL News) -- Search and rescue teams and a medical helicopter had to be called in to help several snowmobilers in Utah County this afternoon.
They were involved in a head-on accident just above Aspen Grove. One person was able to call 9-1-1.
A 33-year-old man from Orem had a compound fracture on his leg and a 30-year-old woman had head injuries.
