(KSL News) -- A West Jordan man accused of murder will spend at least another year in the state hospital.
Zachary Hain has been under psychiatric evaluation since September, after being arrested in the stabbing deaths of two of his neighbors.
Yesterday a judge said Hain is still mentally incompetent to stand trial and ordered him back into treatment for at least a year. Hain will appear in court next February.
