FORT COLLINS, CO. -- The specific location of a new temple has been announced in Fort Collins, Colo. It will be at approximately the corner of Trilby Road and Timberline Road in the southeast part of town.
The temple's placement in the city had been announced at the April general conference, but the address had not yet been given.
"We feel this new temple will be a great asset not only to members of the Church in Colorado and the region," said Russell McClure, president of the Fort Collins Colorado Stake told The Coloradoan.
The construction will begin in the next couple months and stretch for the next couple years.
The Fort Collins temple is the 158th temple worldwide, and the second in Colorado, after Denver. Two more have been announced in Winnipeg, Canada and Meridian, Idaho, bringing the total announced or completed to 160.
