(KSL News) A man accused of raping a teenage runaway is now in prison.
A judge said Jimmy Santiago showed little remorse and was a potential public threat, then sentenced him to zero to five years in the Utah State prison.
Santiago is accused of having sex with a 14-year-old girl after she ran away to his trailer in Santaquin. The girl says Santiago made her sign a "contract" agreeing to follow rules. If she broke them, Santiago could do whatever he wanted with her. Santiago says he never raped the girl.
