(KSL News) -- Another important issue was discussed on the hill today, Identity Theft.
A bill that would allow Utahns to freeze access to their credit report passed a Senate committee.
Despite the benefits of such a bill, some Republican Senators are worried about the impact the bill would have on the credit industry. They want the unfreezing process to be shorter than the bill currently allows.
The full Senate will take up the bill soon.
