MOAB -- Great Lakes Aviation recently announced additional flight service from Moab's Canyonlands Field Airport to Page Municipal Airport in Page, Ariz., with further connections to Las Vegas McCarran International Airport.

"This connection to Page and Las Vegas is a great addition to our existing service," said Moab Mayor Dave Sakrison. "It will provide options for visitors and residents alike to access not only the Moab area, but Las Vegas, Denver and northern Arizona."

All scheduled flights are operated under Great Lakes Airlines, based in Cheyenne, Wyo., in conjunction with United Airlines and Frontier Airlines at their Denver, Phoenix and Billings, Mont., hubs, with United at its Ontario hub; and Frontier at its Albuquerque, Las Vegas and Milwaukee hubs.
