(KSL News) -- Federal marshals captured Utah's Public Enemy Number One.
James Andrew Carter has been running from authorities for months.
With the help of local law enforcement, marshals surrounded a Salt Lake home, today, an arrested Carter without incident.
Carter's latest run in with police happened just last week. Officers pulled his car over and Carter rammed into a police car and got away.
