With the drum circle doing what the drum circle does, police tried confronting the dad about his kids that had run amok in the park. But the dad got fired up and tried to get the drum circle to rise up.
The dad was taken into custody for giving a false name and possessing a controlled substance.
As for the kids, ages 3 and 10, the 3-year-old was found by the pond all alone. The mom says it was the 10-year-old's fault because he was supposed to be watching him.
