(KSL News) -- Police are less than halfway done sorting through garbage dumped in the landfill the day Lori Hacking disappeared. They'll resume their search for Lori's body tonight.

Prosecutors have until 5 p.m. Monday to file charges against her husband, Mark Hacking. He's accused of killing Lori while she slept.

But without a body, legal experts say the district attorney will find it difficult to prove the elements of aggravated murder.

Mark Hacking remains in the mental health unit at the Salt Lake County Jail.

The Hackings would've celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary today.

A memorial service for Lori Hacking has been set. The memorial service for Lori will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2004, at 11 AM at the LDS Windsor Stake Center at 60 E 1600 North, Orem, Utah. A display honoring Lori's life will be in the Relief Society Room of the church from 9:30 AM until 11 AM.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Lori Hacking Memorial Fund at any Wells Fargo Bank or by mail to Thelma Soares 1501 N Canyon Road, Provo, UT 84602.
