SALT LAKE CITY — Former Ute Delon Wright had a homecoming of sorts with his new team, the Toronto Raptors, when they traveled to Salt Lake City to play the Utah Jazz.

Wright, who was drafted No. 20 overall by Toronto in last June's NBA draft, hasn't played much this season, seeing action in just four games for a total of 10 minutes.

But even without the playing time, he's still loving every minute of realizing his childhood dream.

"It's everything and more, just to see the reactions of certain fans when they see different players, it's been more than fun," Wright said. "It's a dream come true."

The former Utah standout and Bob Cousy Award winner isn't letting a slow rookie season get him down, either.

"I just have to wait my time, be patient and get better. I'll use this time to get stronger and better," he said. "Nothing's guaranteed. You have to continue to work hard and just try to find your role."
