MURRAY — A man and woman were arrested after allegedly stealing at least seven cars from UTA park-and-ride lots.
UTA officials said police were able to identify and arrest Roger Dale Hatch, 33, and Brittany Ann Seal, 31, on Friday after receiving numerous tips from the public. Surveillance images of two people believed to be connected with numerous car thefts at park-and-ride lots were released Thursday.

The cars were stolen from lots located on the red and blue lines from Ballpark Station to the ends of those lines, according to UTA. Officials said Hatch and Seal admitted to stealing seven cars, but that additional cases are still under investigation.
"They were targeting late 80s, 90s and early 2000 Hondas using 'shaved' keys to enter locked vehicles and start the engines in the same time it takes for the actual key to be used," a statement from UTA reads.
Hatch and Seal were arrested by Unified police near 7200 South State Street. Hatch admitted to stealing seven vehicles after being read his Miranda rights and Seal helped police locate two stolen cars, according to a probable cause statement.
