SALT LAKE CITY — An iPhone can definitely make life more convenient, but could it also stop a bullet?

Obviously, when you’re shopping for a new phone the most pressing question you have is whether it can save your life. To help out everyone, the YouTube user behind the channel EverythingApplePro decided to pick up an AK-74 and determine exactly how many phones you would need to stop a steel-core bullet.

For the experiment, he lined up eight phones — including three iPhone 6 Pluses and two iPhone 6s, with a Samsung Galaxy S6 at the end — on a wooden stand. You’ll have to watch the video to see exactly what happens, but let’s just say I wouldn’t recommend anyone trust Siri to protect them in a firefight.
